Servicing the Construction Industry for Over 40 Years
Founded by Mario Fuda in September 1976, F&F’s primary focus was on formwork for major commercial construction.Sons Domenic and Claudio joined the business in 1984 and 1993 respectively after completing their studies and qualifications. Domenic is a Licenced Builder by trade and Claudio has a Diploma of Building & Construction.
F&F moved their headquarters to Leichhardt 1988, where their office remains to this day.
Our clients have placed their trust in us for more than 4 decades. In that time we’ve not only seen, but also lived-through industry volatility, national recessions, as well as the global financial crisis. And, we attribute that success to our embedding family values into the way we do business… without that, we wouldn’t still be here.
With a bigger vision always in mind, in 2009, the family expanded F&F into construction for residential projects. With the recent expansion into Design and Joinery, we can offer our clients an end-to-end experience that is rarely offered in the building trade.

Mario Fuda
Founder / Group CEO
Mario immigrated to Australia in 1967 leaving behind his wife and young son Domenic in his native Italy looking to find a new home and opportunity. After arriving in Sydney Mario lodged with some fellow Italian immigrants and began his quest to create a new life for himself and his family. Soon enough he settled in Leichhardt and arranged for his wife and son to join him in 1969. Mario worked tirelessly and in 1976 only 10 years after arriving in the country was able to establish his own company F&F Formwork. The rest they say is history. Going from strength to strength year on year through both difficult and prosperous times. Mario is the group’s mentor and is on hand to provide solid advice to the success of the business and is the key to keeping the philosophy of the business going for the next generation to prosper from it.

Domenic Fuda
Director
Joining the business as a director in 1986, Domenic oversees the Group’s operation and runs the Formwork side of the business. In this capacity, he has managed many multi-level and complex formwork contracts over the last 35 years. Domenic sees that our personnel are our greatest assets. When past clients ask for the same personnel as the last project, we know we have delivered on our promise of satisfaction. As we embark on our next expansion process we will continue to provide our Clients with an experience where we will strive to exceed their expectations.

Claudio Fuda
Director
Claudio is the licensee for the Construction operation of the Group. In his words, ‘we need to be striving for the optimum in all aspects of the delivery process.’
Claudio drives the residential operation of the Construction operation that has many designer homes. Restoration and extension dwellings within the inner west of Sydney, to the large new homes, duplex’s and vast extensions that are now being carried out. Interspersed, within these contract projects is the Groups own developments where the whole design and construction process is handled in house from concept design, through to final hand over.
